O'Reilly Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role includes shift management in their absence and ensuring high service standards for both retail and professional customers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience in auto parts is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service levels in the showroom and ensure program execution.
• Answer the telephone according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub, and store-to-store transfers promptly.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently.
• Ensure returns are processed accurately with proper refunds.
• Ensure merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store.
• Communicate Zipline messages and manage merchandising tasks.
• Monitor adherence to the posted work schedule and clock-in/out policies.
• Perform store opening/closing duties and secure the premises.
