Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support Store Manager and Assistant Managers in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. The role may assume shift management in the absence of leadership, with emphasis on quality service and efficient processing of orders and transfers.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills.
• RSS Certification is required or highly preferred.
• Retail sales experience is desirable.
• Automotive systems knowledge is beneficial.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team members in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise the customer service levels on the retail showroom and ensure team execution of service programs.
• Ensure telephone is answered according to company policy.
• Process buy online/ship to store, hub and store-to-store transfers, and DC add orders promptly and contact customers on shipment arrivals.
• Handle special orders and outside purchases efficiently using the ledger system.
• Ensure returns are processed accurately and refunds issued with correct payment methods.
