Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to support the Store Manager and Assistants in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This role may assume shift management in the absence of store leadership and encourages bilingual candidates to apply.

The position emphasizes teamwork, accurate order processing, and adherence to procedures for returns, invoicing, and security. Candidates with Spanish language skills are especially encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills required and demonstrated in customer-facing roles.
• RSS Certification required; ASE Certification preferred for advancement.
• Fluency in multiple languages a plus, especially Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in providing excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Supervise customer service programs and store operations on the showroom floor.
• Handle day-to-day store duties including opening/closing procedures and security checks.
• Process buy online/ship to store orders, store transfers, and outside purchases efficiently.
• Ensure accurate invoicing, returns processing, and adherence to company policies.
