Job summary

O’Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to assist Store Manager and Assistant Managers with sales, customer service, store appearance, and store operations. Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply.

This position will also assume shift management responsibilities in the absence of Assistant or Store Manager. You will lead teammates in delivering excellent customer service, processing orders, handling returns, and ensuring proper invoicing and security procedures.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills are required.
• Ability to obtain RSS Certification.
• Retail sales experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of automotive systems and repair is a plus.
• ASE Certification is a plus.
• Fluency in multiple languages (Spanish highly desired).

Responsibilities

• Lead store team in delivering excellent customer service to retail and professional customers.
• Oversee daily operations including customer service programs and order processing.
• Ensure all merchandise is invoiced before leaving the store and handle returns efficiently.
• Manage opening/closing duties, money handling, security procedures and daily store operations.
