Job summary

Michaels in Flower Moud, TX seeks a Store Associate to help customers find products, answer questions, and keep the floor tidy. You will assist shoppers, guide them to merchandise, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience.

This role involves unloading trucks, stocking, creating displays, and supporting store recovery to keep shelves in stock. You’ll promote the Rewards program and adhere to SOPs and store policies.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns and go back processes.
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties as assigned.
