Job summary

The Michaels Companies, Inc. is seeking a store associate for our CLEV-SOLON, OH location. You will assist customers, help locate products, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience while handling cash to standard.

You’ll be involved in truck unloading, stocking, planograms, and maintaining in-store recovery to keep shelves well-merchandised and in stock. Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are comfortable with various store duties including BOPIS/SFS, rewards

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and credit card enrollments.
• Assist with omni-channel processes (BOPIS, SFS) and voice of customer surveys.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
