Job summary

Michaels is seeking a store associate at the Columbus, OH location to deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout experience. You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram processes, while promoting the Rewards program and private label credit options.

The role involves omni-channel support (BOPIS/SFS) and maintaining in-stock merchandise with SOP adherence. Prior retail experience is preferred; strong customer service is valued.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
