Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a Security Supervisor to oversee the Security department and ensure safety for employees and visitors at client sites. You will lead shifts, enforce post orders, and maintain thorough incident logs and reports.

Responsibilities include coordinating with police and fire departments, training staff, and ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have a State Guard License.
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience in security.
• Knowledge of CCTV and access systems.
• CPR and First Aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Security staff and manage performance.
• Maintain safe environment for employees, vendors and visitors.
• Coordinate with local authorities and client sites.
• Oversee post orders, rounds and daily logs.
• Lead training and discipline as needed.
