Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV, or access systems; 1 year supervisory.
• State Guard License is required; CPR/First Aid certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and support Security Officers and Shift Leads.
• Manage performance with coaching and corrective actions.
• Assist with hiring, training, and ongoing staff development.
• Ensure proper scheduling, coverage, and accurate timekeeping.
• Oversee daily security operations and ensure compliance with post orders.
