Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated security manager to oversee a contract and lead a team of Supervisors and staff. You will be responsible for performance, service quality, and budget management across assigned accounts.

You will establish relationships with local authorities, coordinate with facility leadership, and ensure 100% compliance with staff training and safety standards. Strong leadership and professional image are essential.

Qualifications

• Must have high school diploma or equivalent; associates degree considered.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access control.
• One year in a management position within Security Industry.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction at client sites; enforce security/safety programs and ensure post orders are followed.
• Develop and implement security procedures and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain emergency policies, respond to alarms, and notify authorities as needed.
• Counsel and discipline personnel as appropriate; train security officers and supervisors.
• Coordinate payroll and personnel information submission; ensure adequate security coverage.
• Meet with client representatives; provide assurance that security requirements are met.
