Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated security professional to oversee a security contract. The role involves managing Supervisors and staff, ensuring performance, service and budget compliance, and maintaining a safe environment for employees, vendors and visitors.

You will establish working relationships with local police and fire departments and be a visible ambassador for the company’s core values while ensuring 100% compliance with training and procedures.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access control.
• One year in a management position within Security Industry.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Security contract under a Pillar of leadership across Supervisors and staff.
• Maintain budget and service standards for assigned contracts.
• Establish relationships with local authorities and client site personnel.
• Ensure daily/weekly logs and reports are filed and post orders followed.
• Provide training and discipline as needed and develop security procedures.
