Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a highly motivated Security Supervisor to manage contract performance, budget and staffing across client accounts. You will lead Supervisors and staff, enforce post orders, maintain safety standards and build strong relationships with client representatives.

Strong leadership, budgeting, and payroll coordination are essential. The role requires overseeing security operations, coordinating with police and fire departments, and ensuring 100% compliance with staff

Qualifications

• High School Diploma and/or equivalent; Associates Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
• One year (1 yr.) of which must be in the capacity of a management position within the Security Industry.
• Valid Driver’s License
• Complete all licensing requirements as mandated by the State.
• CPR and First Aid Certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction at assigned client site(s); enforce security/safety programs and ensure post orders followed.
• Develop and implement security procedures and compliance with facility policies and applicable laws.
• Maintain knowledge of emergency policies, procedures and regulations; respond to alarms or calls for help.
• Assist in training Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers on post orders.
• Communicate with Operations manager daily and weekly regarding account performance.
• Assist in payroll and personnel information submission as designated.
• Ensure adequate security coverage of all posts.
