Job summary

Andy Frain Services seeks a highly motivated security contract manager to oversee a busy site, supervise Supervisors and staff, manage performance, service and budget, and maintain safe conditions for employees, vendors, and visitors.

You will establish relations with police and fire departments, comply with training standards, and lead efforts across security operations to meet client needs while upholding core values.

Qualifications

• Must pass background investigation.
• Experience with CCTV systems and access control.
• Ability to manage multiple sites and post orders.
• Ensure compliance with safety rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction at client site; enforce security programs.
• Develop and implement security procedures; maintain emergency policies.
• Coordinate with local authorities; ensure post orders are followed.
• Manage staffing, payroll submissions, and reporting.
• Meet with client representatives to review performance and improvements.
