Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a proactive Security Operations Manager to oversee a client contract in Schaumburg, IL. You will lead Supervisors and frontline staff, ensuring compliance, safety, budget adherence, and service quality while maintaining a professional image.

You will coordinate with local authorities, implement security procedures, and develop post orders. The role requires strong leadership, incident response, staffing plans, and reporting to the Operations Manager.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Supervisors and staff across client sites.
• Ensure post orders are followed and security programs adhered to.
• Maintain daily/weekly security logs and reports.
• Coordinate with local police and fire departments as needed.
• Provide training and counseling to Security Officers and Shift Leads.
• Support payroll and personnel information submissions.
