Job summary

Andy Frain Services is seeking a motivated security leadership professional to manage a contract, oversee supervisors and staff, and ensure performance, service, and budget adherence. You will establish relationships with local officials and facility stakeholders while maintaining 100% compliance with training.

The role requires strong leadership, multi-tasking, and the ability to drive safety programs, post orders, and incident reporting across client sites.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; Associates Degree.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems and access computer system.
• One year (1 yr.) in a management position within security industry.
• Valid Driver’s License; background checks required.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction at assigned client site; enforce security programs and ensure post orders are followed.
• Develop and implement security procedures and ensure compliance with policies and laws.
• Maintain contact with authorized personnel and contractors for maintenance of devices.
• Assist in training of Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers; review post orders.
• Communicate account performance to Operations manager and client representatives.
