Andy Frain Services is seeking a seasoned Security Operations Manager to oversee a security contract at client sites in Cincinnati. You will manage Supervisors and staff, ensuring performance, service quality, and budget adherence while maintaining a safe environment for employees and visitors.

Build relationships with local authorities and client personnel, uphold core values, and lead by example. Responsibilities include directing security teams, enforcing post orders, coordinating emergency

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and staff management skills.
• Knowledge of life safety and CCTV operations.
• Ability to design staffing plans and security procedures.
• Experience recruiting and training security personnel.
• Excellent customer service and client relations.
• Knowledge of safety programs and policy compliance.

Responsibilities

• Provide lead direction at client sites and enforce post orders.
• Ensure rounds are completed and reports/logs filed daily/weekly.
• Develop and implement security procedures compliant with facility policies and laws.
• Respond to emergencies and coordinate with authorities.
• Maintain knowledge of life safety systems and equipment upkeep.
• Train security staff and review post orders to ensure competency.
• Communicate performance metrics with Operations and clients.
