Job summary

Lowe's is seeking a Scheduling and Staffing Administrator to support store leadership with staffing, payroll, and administrative duties. You will organize associate records, manage time and attendance, and help drive a strong safety culture while partnering with HR and store managers.

The role requires flexibility to cover morning, afternoon, and evening shifts, and may include travel to neighboring stores.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of experience in a retail environment.
• 2 years of administrative experience such as processing data, scheduling, monitoring and tracking information, and using office software.
• 1 year of experience administering confidential staff information such as personnel files and employment compliance data.
• 1 year of experience in a cross-functional team environment with exempt and non-exempt staff.

Responsibilities

• Support store leadership through staffing, scheduling, payroll, and training tasks.
• Maintain associate paperwork and time/attendance records per Lowe's policies.
• Assist candidates through talent acquisition and coordinate with HR and store leadership.
