Job summary

Lowe’s Stores in Fresno, CA is seeking a Scheduling and Staffing Administrator to support store leadership with staffing, scheduling, payroll, and talent acquisition duties.

You will maintain associate paperwork, assist in reviewing candidates, handle Workers Compensation and liability claims administration, and partner with store leaders to balance many administrative tasks while upholding Lowe’s safety culture.

Qualifications

• Must have 1 year retail experience.
• 2 years administrative experience including data processing, scheduling, tracking information, and using office software.
• 1 year handling confidential staff information such as personnel files and employment compliance data.
• 1 year experience in cross-functional team environments with exempt and non-exempt staff.

Responsibilities

• Support staffing, scheduling, talent acquisition training, compliance and payroll duties for store leadership.
• Maintain associate paperwork, organize break/training rooms, and update attendance records.
• Assist Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager in scheduling and processing candidates through talent acquisition.
