You will develop talent, own daily performance, and ensure the store meets commitments under pressure. This role emphasizes leadership, customer focus, and strategic execution.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail or wireless preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities
