Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team, coach sales specialists, and drive sales targets while managing store operations and merchandising.

You’ll foster an outstanding in-store experience, motivate your team, and participate in daily training and performance development to help everyone reach their next level—while supporting nationwide compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team by resolving customer issues and assisting with customer transactions.
• Set goals and share daily/weekly/monthly targets with the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Manage store operations, staffing, and performance reporting.
• Ensure store up-time and proper merchandising and planogram compliance.
