Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team, drive sales targets, coach staff, and ensure exceptional customer experiences on the sales floor.

You will manage daily operations, set goals, mentor team members, and ensure store merchandising and up-time when leadership is away. Excellent communication and leadership are key to success.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service or retail leadership preferred.
• 1–2 years of leadership or supervisory experience.
• Proven ability to meet sales goals in a commissions-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead a store team on customer experience, sales execution and daily operations.
• Resolve customer issues and assist with transactions on the floor.
• Set daily/weekly/monthly goals and monitor progress.
• Provide training and mentoring to grow sales skills.
• Manage staffing, inventory, and store cleanliness, planogram compliance.
• Open/close store and ensure uptime when leadership is away.
