Job summary

Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. Assistant General Manager candidates will lead a sales team, coach associates, and ensure outstanding customer experiences in a busy retail store.

You'll drive store performance through coaching, daily operations, and merchandising execution while partnering with the General Manager to meet sales targets and financial goals.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• Balanced multiple opposing priorities in a multifaceted environment.
• Set goals, evaluated performance, and developed a high performing team.
• Basic interview skills and staffing knowledge.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and peak vacation periods.

Responsibilities

• Take part in interviewing and hiring decisions for your store and help develop the team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience.
• Identify selling skill gaps and implement development plans to meet sales metrics.
