Victra is the largest Verizon authorized retailer in the United States. As an Assistant General Manager, you’ll lead a store team, develop top sales specialists, and drive sales targets, financials, and merchandising to create outstanding customer experiences.

You will coach, set daily/weekly goals, and manage store operations while working to ensure uptime and a premier in-store experience. This role includes training, benefits, and opportunities for advancement in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Background in customer service within the retail, restaurant, or wireless industry preferred.
• 1-2 years of experience in a Customer Service or leadership role.
• Management experience in a commissions-based sales environment.
• Proven track record of achieving challenging team and individual sales goals.
• At least 18 years of age and legally authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead your store team by resolving customer issues and guiding daily transactions.
• Set and share daily/weekly/monthly goals with the sales team.
• Provide training and mentoring to deliver an outstanding customer experience and manage customer flow.
• Oversee store operations, analyze staffing, report sales data, and ensure store uptime and compliance.
• Maintain inventory, merchandising, and planogram compliance in line with company standards.
