American Eagle Outfitters, Inc. is seeking a full-time Selling Team Leader in the Los Angeles area to drive sales and lead the daily operations of the Century City store. You will train and coach your team to deliver exceptional guest experiences while maintaining brand standards and operational excellence.

You will recruit and develop talent, manage performance, and ensure store safety and compliance with policies. This role models AE values and contributes to achieving KPIs and store goals.

• Experience leading store teams in a retail environment.
• Ability to train and coach associates to achieve sales goals.
• Strong guest service mindset and brand presentation knowledge.
