Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters seeks a full-time Selling Team Leader for The Oaks store. You will develop business strategies and lead daily operations, training and coaching high-performing sellers to deliver exceptional guest experiences and achieve sales goals.

You’ll recruit, train, and develop a strong team, uphold brand standards, and drive operational excellence across fitting rooms and sales floors while maintaining safety and asset protection standards.

Qualifications

• Leads sales and drive revenue through guest engagement.
• Coaches and trains team to maintain service standards.
• Focuses on guest experience and brand presentation.
• Manages store operations and visual merchandising standards.
• Drives KPIs through leadership and planning.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty, maximize sales floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Mentor the team with real-time coaching and development plans.
• Recruit, hire and train staff to meet business needs.
• Provide performance feedback and manage development reviews.
• Ensure store safety, asset protection, and brand standards.
