Job summary

American Eagle Outfitters Inc. is seeking a full-time Sales Leader to support the Store Leadership Team in Cerritos, CA. You will lead the store on LOD shifts, drive guest experience, and steer daily operations while training and celebrating associates to achieve strong sales results.

You will model AE values, hold teams accountable to service standards, recruit talent, coach performance, and ensure visual and asset protection standards are maintained for a safe, guest-first environment.

Qualifications

• You have a passion for driving sales by maximizing in-store productivity and guest loyalty.
• You are a role-model leader who holds associates accountable to service standards.
• You recruit, hire and train strong talent to ensure staffing meets business needs.
• You provide real-time coaching to motivate and engage teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPI results by maximizing the Fitting Room and Salesfloor productivity.
• Motivate and inspire the team through AE's core values and service standards.
• Recruit, hire and develop associates to maintain staffing for business needs.
• Set clear goals and provide ongoing performance feedback through coaching.
• Implement daily visual and operational standards, including shipment processing and merchandising moves.
• Maintain store safety and asset protection compliance.
