You will train and coach a high-performing team to deliver an unforgettable guest experience, hit sales goals and uphold visual standards. You will lead by example, foster a strong guest-centric culture, recruit and develop talent, and drive store KPIs through proactive planning and real-time coaching.

Formación

• Retail leadership experience required.
• Ability to coach and develop a high-performing team.
• Strong guest service orientation and brand standards knowledge.
• Experience managing store operations and merchandising.

Responsabilidades

• Drive sales as Leader on Duty by maximizing floor productivity and guest loyalty.
• Lead, coach and develop team through feedback, training and performance reviews.
• Recruit, hire and onboard talent to meet business needs.
• Ensure visual standards and operational procedures are maintained across all zones.
• Maintain store safety, asset protection and policy adherence.
• Foster teamwork and engage associates to hit KPIs and deliver an unforgettable guest experience.
