Warby Parker is seeking a Sales Supervisor to help create exceptional customer experiences across our U.S. and Canada retail locations. You will lead on the sales floor, participate in process improvements, and support team-focused initiatives when a manager isn't present.

Qualifications

• Professional retail experience in a customer-focused company.
• 6+ months in a management position.

Responsibilities

• Lead the selling on the floor and manage front-of-house operations.
