Job summary

Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) in the United States (Massachusetts) to lead a dynamic retail team and drive sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service.

You will train staff, coordinate store operations, and act as a liaison among customers, sales associates, and store leadership. Flexibility to work day, evening, weekends and holidays is required.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Excellent organizational and team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to reach sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure customer service initiatives address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, and store management.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations: floor moves, merchandising, cleaning, and returns.
• Be flexible and perform duties outside of your specific role when needed.
