Steve Madden is seeking a Sales Supervisor (full-time) to support store management and lead a dynamic team. You will drive sales targets, train staff, and ensure top-tier customer service while coordinating with store leadership and corporate stakeholders.

The role requires 2-3 years of retail experience, strong organizational and communication skills, and a flexible schedule including evenings and holidays. This position is on-site in a retail store environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2-3 years of retail experience.
• Excellent organizational skills and ability to coordinate people, resources, and services to address business goals and needs.
• Excellent team-building skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including day, evening, weekends, and/or holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, inspire, and motivate the team to achieve sales targets and provide exceptional customer service.
• Assist in training and developing a successful sales team.
• Ensure that all customer service initiatives are in place to address issues quickly and courteously.
• Act as a liaison between customers, sales associates, the Assistant Store Manager, and the Store Manager.
• Communicate effectively with customers, team members, management, and corporate stakeholders.
• Assist in store operations, including floor moves, merchandising, display maintenance, cleaning duties when necessary, and returning products to inventory as needed.
• Be flexible and occasionally perform work outside of your specific role.
