Steve Madden is seeking a full-time Sales Supervisor to support store leadership and manage daily operations in a fast-paced retail environment. The role emphasizes driving sales targets while delivering exceptional customer service and coaching a dynamic team.

You will train staff, handle customer issues promptly, and coordinate with store management and corporate teams to ensure smooth operations and merchandising execution. Flexibility to work varied retail hours is required.
