Job summary

Warby Parker is seeking a self-motivated Sales Supervisor to craft amazing customer experiences across our retail locations in the U.S. and Canada. You’ll lead on-floor selling, front-of-house operations, and team touch-bases when a manager isn’t present, while sharing our story and driving continuous improvement.

You bring retail experience with a customer focus, excellent communication, and an entrepreneurial, team-player mindset eager to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
