Job summary

ITG Brands, LLC is seeking a Sales Representative to drive retailer commitments, increase stock, and optimize placement of products across assigned territories including Hawaii. You will develop selling plans, demonstrate product knowledge, and work with division teams to uncover opportunities that boost sales and market share.

The role emphasizes building strong retailer partnerships, executing retail strategies, and reporting insights to support Company priorities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED; must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem solving, time management, multitasking, and adaptability.

Responsibilities

• Sell to retailers, securing commitments to increase stock and promotions.
• Develop selling plans that resonate with retailers across categories.
• Collaborate with division resources to identify and act on sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed assigned retail execution objectives and strengthen retail partnerships.
• Report customer and competitive insights to HQ to improve division performance.
