Job summary

ITG Brands seeks a field sales professional to drive retailer commitments, optimize store coverage, and expand product presence across assigned territories. You will develop selling plans, demonstrate product knowledge, and push promotions to maximize volume and market share.

Qualifications

• Education and Experience requirements as listed: HS diploma; 21+ years; valid driver's license.
• Strong verbal and written communication, time management, and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to communicate to diverse audiences and maintain relationships.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams.

Responsibilities

• Sell company products and promotions to retailers and develop plans to increase stock and shelf space.
• Establish credibility, influence retailers, and collect insights to drive sales and market share.
• Maintain strong retail partnerships and execute coverage models to meet objectives.
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify opportunities and support sales priorities.
• Travel as needed to cover assigned retailers and regions.
