ITG Brands is hiring a Retail Sales Representative to drive shelf presence and volume in assigned territories. You will make sales to retailers, secure commitments, and develop plans that resonate with store partners while promoting company priorities.

In this role you will analyze market opportunities, expand promotions, collaborate with internal teams, and maintain strong retail partnerships. Travel within the assigned territory is required, with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifikationen

• High School Diploma or GED; 21+ years old; valid driver’s license.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication; attention to detail.
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and think critically.

Aufgaben

• Sell company products to retailers and secure commitments.
• Develop selling plans aligned with retailers and company priorities across categories.
• Collaborate with division resources to identify sales opportunities and drive performance.
• Meet assigned retail execution objectives and support key company priorities.
• Maintain strong retail partnerships and optimize coverage and campaigns.
• Utilize ITG Portal for reimbursement and tracking and report insights.
