Job summary

ITG Brands, LLC is seeking a Sales Associate to drive retailer commitments, stock increases, and promotional placement across assigned markets. You will develop selling plans, expand shelf space, and optimize coverage with a focus on growing volume and market share.

The role requires strong communication, time management, and multitasking abilities, with travel as needed to support the territory. Prior retail or sales experience is a plus, and a Bachelor’s degree is preferred for advanced

Qualifications

• Education: High School Diploma/GED required; Bachelor’s degree preferred for the preferred qualifications.
• Must be 21+ and have a valid driver’s license.
• Strong communication and time-management skills.
• Experience in sales or retail partnerships a plus.

Responsibilities

• Make sales to retailers, primarily securing commitments to increase stock and place orders.
• Develop selling plans aligned with retailers and company categories.
• Build and maintain strong retail partnerships; identify opportunities to expand coverage and shelf space.
• Support retail execution objectives and report insights to improve performance.
• Travel as needed to support the assignment.
