Job summary

ITG Brands, located in Vermont, is seeking aPermanent, on-site Retail Sales Representative to drive retailer commitments, stock increases, and promo placements. You will develop sales plans, partner with division resources, and ensure achievement of retail execution goals.

The role requires a High School Diploma or GED, 21+ years old, and a valid license, with proficiency in MS Office and strong communication and multitasking skills. Bachelor’s degree preferred for advanced opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must have a High School Diploma/GED and be 21+ years old.
• Valid driver’s license from the state of residence.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Teams.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage time, multitask, and adapt to changing priorities.

Responsibilities

• Make sales to retailers, primarily by securing commitments to increase stock, place orders, and expand shelf space.
• Sell company products, programs, and promotions to retailers.
• Develop selling plans that resonate with retailers across all company categories.
• Demonstrate product and industry knowledge to effectively market and sell company products.
• Collaborate with division resources to identify sales opportunities and drive performance.
• Be accountable for delivering all assigned retail execution objectives and company priorities.
