Job summary

ITG Brands, LLC is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to drive commitments with retailers, increase stock, and expand shelf space for multiple product lines. You will build plans, showcase product knowledge, and collaborate with internal teams to maximize performance.

A valid driver’s license and 21+ are required, with a preference for a Bachelor's degree and 1+ years of sales experience. You will travel within assigned regions, report insights, and help execute retail strategies to grow market

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 21+ years old with a valid driver's license.
• Bachelor’s degree plus 1+ years sales experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Sell to retailers and secure commitments to increase stock and orders.
• Develop selling plans aligned with retailers and categories.
• Collaborate with divisions to identify sales opportunities.
• Meet and exceed assigned retail execution objectives and priorities.
• Maintain strong retail partnerships and share insights with HQ.
• Report customer and competitive insights to Division Sales Manager.
