Job summary

You will greet customers, identify needs, explain features, and close purchases while keeping the floor organized and well stocked.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary.
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment.
• Familiarity with cash register functions and basic math.
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs with assistance and stand for extended periods.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Understand the customer's needs and educate on product features and benefits.
• Transact sales through suggestive selling, multiple selling, and effective closing.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with appropriate NB product.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked; ensure items are labeled and priced.
• Report shrinkage and monitor security as needed, while following safety regulations.
