New Balance Athletics, Inc. is seeking Retail Sales Associates to ensure stores run smoothly and deliver exemplary customer service. You will use deep product knowledge and the GUEST service model to greet customers, understand their needs, educate them on features, and close sales.

Prior retail experience is preferred but not required. The role may involve weekend and holiday shifts, with base pay in Georgia according to experience and location.

Qualifications

• Ensure exemplary customer service with strong product knowledge.
• Utilize the GUEST service model to greet, understand, educate, solve and close.
• Handle cash and basic transactions.
• Maintain floor presence; stock, price and label items correctly.
• Follow safety regulations and lifting procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and product knowledge.
• Correctly measure and fit customers with NB products.
• Inform customers about promotions and keeps floor neat and stocked.
• Attach/detach security tags and monitor floor merchandise for shrinkage.
• Follow safety regulations and report accidents or near misses.
