New Balance is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in San Marcos, TX to deliver exemplary customer service and expert product knowledge. You will guide customers through the shopping experience, demonstrate the GUEST service model, and help them find the right NB products.

Role involves flexible scheduling, cash handling, basic math, and maintaining a neat, well-stocked sales floor. Prior retail experience is a plus but not required.

Qualificações

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Should be a people person.
• Past retail experience preferred, but not necessary
• Strong customer service and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to flourish in a team environment
• Familiarity with cash register functions
• Ability to quickly perform basic math
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule that may include weekends and holidays
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, stand for extended periods, climb stairs occasionally

Responsabilidades

• Provide customer service using proper selling techniques and the GUEST service model.
• Measure and fit customers with NB product.
• Inform customers about promotions.
• Keep the floor neat, organized, and well stocked.
• Ensure items are labeled and priced properly.
• Protect products from loss and monitor merchandise.
• Follow safety regulations and report incidents.
