Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading SOP adherence and Company programs.
• Ensure execution of policies, standards, and store conditions.
• Model Customer Experience and driving conversion and satisfaction.
• Provide Manager-on-Duty coverage and floor leadership.
• Oversee POS, Self-Checkout, and omni-channel order fulfillment.
• Lead Key in-store programs such as Balloons, Birthday events, and loyalty enrollment.
