Job summary

Rho Nutrition is hiring a Sales Operations Manager to own the operational engine behind our retail business. You will manage item setup, promotions, and deductions while ensuring data accuracy across retailer portals and distributor systems.

You will partner with Finance, Marketing, and Sales to deliver timely reporting, optimize trade spend, and drive new retail partnerships. This remote role supports the US market and requires strong Excel/Sheets skills and CPG experience.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of CPG experience.
• Direct experience in sales operations or sales support at a CPG brand or broker.
• Hands-on experience with retailers, distributors, and brokers.
• Exceptional organization and attention to deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Own item setup and promotions end-to-end with retailers and distributors.
• Submit and maintain promotions in retailer and distributor portals.
• Track trade spend from plan to actual and reconcile deductions.
• Collaborate with Finance for post-promotion analysis and reconciliations.
• Pull and analyze retail data (SPINS, distributor reports) to inform leadership.
