Job summary

RNK Health is a fast-growing telehealth brand seeking a hands-on Sales Operations Manager to own the systems, data, and deliverability that power the sales team. You will configure dialers, routing rules, tracking, and dashboards, ensuring truth in reporting and compliance across channels.

This is a remote role supporting the US market with a focus on scalable, trustworthy operations. You will partner with the Sales Director to align tools, processes, and metrics, owning the plumbing while

Qualifications

• Three or more years in sales ops, rev ops, or a technical operations role supporting an inside sales or call center team
• You know phone systems, dialers, and CRMs well enough to configure them yourself, not just file a ticket
• You've fixed a spam-flagging or text-blocking problem before and can explain exactly how
• You live in spreadsheets and can build a report someone can actually trust
• You understand A2P 10DLC, deliverability, and calling/texting compliance
• You're the person who notices a number is wrong before anyone acts on it

Responsibilities

• Phone and text deliverability oversight, flag spam, manage numbers, and A2P registration with vendors
• Configure and maintain tools, dialer settings, integrations, and tracking
• Build and maintain lead routing and speed-to-lead logic
• Own attribution and tracking of calls, links, and purchases
• Manage and improve reporting dashboards; ensure data accuracy
• Run testing infrastructure with controlled experiments and clear results
• Implement compliant opt-in flows and subscription disclosures with compliance team
