Job summary

Clean Nutra is expanding its retail operations and seeking a detail-oriented Sales Operations/Administrative role. You will manage order entry, item setup, pricing, and cost-change submissions with careful documentation and version control.

This role interfaces with brokers and retailers to ensure timely and accurate submissions. You will coordinate with the Sales Operations team to maintain audit-ready records and respond to retailer requests, while leveraging Excel to build reliable trackers

Qualifications

• Two or more years in a sales support, customer service, order entry, or administrative role.
• Solid Excel skills for tracking and reporting.
• Able to write clear emails to external partners and ask direct questions when needed.

Responsibilities

• Enter and confirm purchase orders and track through to shipment with 3PL.
• Complete new item setup forms and keep item maintenance current as specs, costs, and configurations change.
• Maintain price lists and pallet specs with version control.
• Submit cost changes with supporting documentation as required by retailers.
