Job summary

Rho Nutrition is seeking a CRM Growth Strategist to own and write campaign copy across email and SMS. You will set the balance between direct response and brand, design the testing roadmap, and partner with lifecycle, design, and paid media teams to optimize performance.

You will own insights from tests and translate them into actionable recommendations for future campaigns and flows, driving revenue per recipient and engagement.

Qualifications

• Strong background in email and CRM strategy with proven revenue results.
• Ability to distinguish direct-response copy from brand tone and impact.
• Hands-on copywriting experience for campaigns and flows.
• Experience designing and analyzing A/B tests with clear success metrics.
• Fluency in creative performance reporting and revenue metrics.
• Klaviyo experience including report pulling and QA of tests.

Responsibilities

• Write the majority of campaign copy, with lifecycle team support.
• Define format and balance between direct-response and brand messaging.
• Own testing roadmap for campaigns and flows; translate results into action.
• Collaborate with design, paid media, and site teams to align messaging.
• Maintain rigorous measurement of deliverability, LTV, and engagement.
• Develop and maintain a living testing archive to inform future campaigns.
