Rho Nutrition is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to own the operational engine behind our growing retail footprint. Remote-US role overseeing item setup, promotions, deductions, and reporting with the VP of Sales and cross-functional partners.

You will drive data-driven decisions, manage retailer and distributor portals, and ensure clean, timely execution of launches across multiple channels. Join a mission-driven team dedicated to quality and growth.

Competenze

• 3–5 years of CPG experience or equivalent in a similar sales operations role.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills for complex data tracking and reporting.
• Experience coordinating with retailers, distributors, and brokers to manage item setup, promotions, deductions, and reporting.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage deadlines and drive results.
• Proven ability to work independently and connect cross-functional teams to drive retail success.

Mansioni

• Own item setup end-to-end with retailers and distributors to ensure on-shelf readiness.
• Execute promotions across retailer and distributor portals and manage related paperwork.
• Maintain retailer/distributor portals and accurate item data, pricing, and promotions.
• Track trade spend, reconciliations, and post-promotion analyses with Finance.
• Pull and analyze syndicated retail data to build regular leadership reporting.
• Coordinate cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Logistics, Finance, and Marketing to scale retail.
