My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Riverside, CA to coach and develop a team focused on best-in-class service and sales targets. You will lead daily store operations, drive performance, and build a loyal client base in a dynamic AT&T retail environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year management experience in a similar field (Required)
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience (Required)
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays (Required)
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards (Required)
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results (Required)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail (Required)
• Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills (Required)
• Bilingual (Preferred)
• Bachelor’s degree (Preferred)
• Retail or customer-facing sales experience in the telecommunications industry (Preferred)
• Experience prospecting through outbound calls (Preferred)
• Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent. (Required)

Responsibilities

• Train and lead a team to deliver an extraordinary customer experience that exceeds sales targets.
• Supervise daily store operations including hiring, scheduling, development and coaching.
• Achieve location goals by coaching team to KPIs.
• Maintain location staffing and recruitment.
• Build client base through ethical customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts with AT&T Signature team via community events.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and inventory controls.
• Enforce operational policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements.
• Keep informed of professional knowledge through workshops and networks.
