My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking a Retail Store Manager to lead a team and deliver best-in-class customer service while meeting sales targets.

You will train, hire, schedule, develop, and coach staff, maintain store operations, and build a loyal client base through ethical practices. Benefits include uncapped commissions, paid training, and comprehensive health and retirement plans.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required or preferred.
• 1 year management experience in a similar field preferred.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience required.
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Demonstrated ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Bilingual preferred depending on location.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team to achieve sales targets and KPIs.
• Hire, schedule, train, and develop staff for excellent customer service.
• Maintain store operations, inventory, and merchandising per policies.
• Build a loyal client base through ethical, customer-centric practices.
• Establish business accounts with at&t Signature team and community events.
• Ensure store complies with legal requirements and safety standards.
• Attend workshops and stay updated on industry trends.
