My Wireless is seeking a Retail Sales Manager in Fallbrook, CA, to coach a team toward outstanding customer experiences and sales results. The role focuses on training, scheduling, and leading the store to exceed targets while maintaining operations and a high-quality customer environment.

You will oversee staffing, coaching, and community outreach, establishing accounts with AT&T Signature and ensuring compliant, profitable store performance.

Qualifications

• 1 year of management experience in a similar field.
• 1 year retail or customer-facing sales experience.
• Flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proven ability to meet performance and operation standards.
• Ability to motivate, lead, and coach to results.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred (location-dependent).
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Retail telecom experience preferred.
• Experience with outbound prospecting preferred.
• Must be 18+ and legally eligible to work in the US.
